Great Decisions is a discussion series created by the Foreign Policy Association.  The San Juan Branch has hosted this particular discussion group for over 25 years!

Each January to March, the group meets weekly, to discuss topics that have been prepared ahead of time by the Foreign Policy Association and disseminated to groups all over the country in the form of a book.  We read the readings and then discuss the topic.  Our views here in Puerto Rico are tempered by the realities of Puerto Rico’s political status vis-a-vis the United States but also vary along international lines as many of the participants are not originally from Puerto Rico or even the United States.
